Ebrahim Al Habardi
Ebrahim Al Habardi a premier litigator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who holds extensive experience in all legal and Shari’a-related matters. He advises on corporate filings and records, corporate governance, and preparation of business agreements, including joint ventures and shareholders’, sale and purchase, and nondisclosure agreements. He represents clients before courts and administrative and regulatory agencies.
Ebrahim worked as an of counsel at Jones Day in Association with Ebrahim Alhabardi Law office in the Kingdom from August 2015 until March 31, 2023. Prior to joining Jones Day, Ebrahim was in-house-counsel for the largest diversified infrastructure company in the Kingdom where he advised nearly 46 subsidiaries of the holding company that included district cooling, construction, water treatment, power generation, water desalination, real estate, and operation and maintenance. Ebrahim also has experience in capital markets where he previously served as an in-house-counsel at Al Rajhi Capital, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest banks. During this time he also obtained two advanced certificates in Saudi capital market laws and regulations.

Yusuf Giansiracusa
Yusuf Giansiracusa has worked in Saudi Arabia for over 30 years representing Saudi clients as well as foreign clients doing business in the Kingdom and abroad. He represents a number of the Kingdom’s prominent industrial enterprises and several of the leading commercial and industrial families in the Kingdom. Yusuf has a broad range of experience in commercial and corporate transactions, licensing, industrial and infrastructure projects, OGP, and private client matters.
